Processing Time
All orders are carefully handcrafted and packaged with love.
Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your package ships. During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping times are estimated by the shipping carrier and typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your package.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Cecilia Bow Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, please contact us.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and item. We will work with you to find a solution.
